Too many attempts

Stop trying for a while. Repeated attempts may extend a temporary restriction. Use password recovery only after the waiting period.

Blank or loading screen

Update the browser, change network once and clear the affected site’s cached data. Do not use an unrelated mirror page to avoid the error.

Account details look different

Log out immediately and verify the address. Do not continue if the profile name or mobile number is not yours.

Protect Your Account

Use a unique password.
Keep OTPs and payment PINs private.
Do not permit remote access to your device.
Sign out on shared devices.
Review messages claiming urgent account action before clicking.
