Common Registration Problems

Mobile number already registered

Use the login or password-recovery option instead of creating duplicate accounts. If you do not recognise the account, contact the support route displayed on the verified platform.

OTP has expired

Wait for the request timer, obtain one new code and enter only the latest message. Older codes normally stop working after a new request.

Registration page will not submit

Check required fields, remove accidental spaces and update the browser. Avoid repeatedly pressing the submit button while the page is processing.

After Registration

Confirm your mobile number, review account settings and sign out from shared devices. Save the verified login address rather than searching for a new link each time.
