1 Lottery OTP Not Received? Try These Checks

A delayed OTP does not always mean the account is blocked. Network conditions, repeated requests, message filtering and an incorrect mobile number are more common causes.

Wait Before Requesting Another Code

Verification codes normally have a short validity period. Requesting several codes in quick succession can cancel earlier messages or trigger a temporary delay. Wait until the visible timer finishes, request one new code and use only the most recent message.

Check the Registered Mobile Number

Confirm the country code and final digits shown on the recovery screen. If the number is unfamiliar or no longer active, stop and use the platform’s verified support route. This website cannot change an account number.

Improve Mobile Reception

Move to an area with stronger network coverage.
Turn airplane mode on briefly and then off.
Restart the phone if messages from other services are also delayed.
Check whether the SIM can receive ordinary text messages.
Avoid switching SIM slots while a code request is active.

Review Message Filtering

Look in blocked, spam and archived message folders. Some phones filter messages from new sender IDs. Do not install a message-reading app or grant screen access to someone offering to locate the code for you.

Security reminder: An OTP is equivalent to a temporary key. Never read it aloud, forward it, paste it into a chat or allow another person to view your screen.

If the Code Arrives Too Late

Do not enter an expired message repeatedly. Return to the verified page, wait for the timer and request one fresh code. Confirm that the browser tab has not been duplicated, because each tab may start a separate verification session.

Still Not Working?
